Dynamic Bodies is excited to offer you a variety of fitness classes that offer you a fun and very effective workout. Classes range from TRX Suspension Training, Kickboxing, Strength and Cardio Circuits to Pilates, Barre and Mommy & Baby classes too!

All of our classes run in 8-week series and cost $140 plus HST = $158.20

 Unless noted otherwise beside the classes below.

Makeup classes are given for classes missed.

Offered classes

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Used in the U.S Military and by pro athletes, the TRX Suspension Trainer uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, core, and flexibility. It benefits all levels of fitness, right from athletes to seniors and is a great way to build your core. This is a non-stop workout with a five-minute warm-up, 40 minutes non-stop strength workout and a 5-minute cool down. Come out, have fun and get an incredible full-body workout! All exercises can be modified for an individuals level. Some free technique classes are available. Please inquire if interested.

TRX FUSION

TRX Fusion incorporates not only the TRX but a variety of other fitness accessories throughout the workout.

Kickboxing

An amazing, upbeat, total body workout, using boxing gloves and a free-standing heavy bag, you will punch and kick your way to a healthier and stronger body! We start with a 10-minute warm-up doing various dynamic movements, cardio bursts, and shadowboxing. Next, is 20 minutes of non-stop punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bag. We finish off with some extra core burning exercises and a total body stretch!

Body Sculpt

This class will be focused on strengthening the full-body, using dumbbells, bodyweight, bands, bosu balls, and whatever other fun fitness tools we decide to throw at you! There will be a constant variety of exercises, all working towards sculpting and toning your body!

NEW: 20.20.20 (TRX, Barre & pilates)

This class will combine three strengthening and toning classes into one! You will be using your body weight to build muscle and tone. Your core will be worked the whole hour as all three classes are very core-focused. You will start off the class with a muscle-building workout in TRX, followed by a great lower body - butt, hips and thigh focus in Barre and then end off in Pilates where you will lengthen the muscles, focus on core and align the body.

This  class will combine three amazing classes into one! Your muscles will be worked in so different ways, they won't know what hit them! A great way to build muscle, sculpt and tone, and of course burn tons of calories!

BodyStrong

This class will utilize the personal training area of the studio, where the instructor will guide you through a fun weight training routine! You will be using the cable machines, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells to build muscle and sculpt a stronger physique. With a focus on making noticeable progress in your physical abilities, you will be tracking each workout with your own personal workout tracker. The instructor will be there to guide and support you, as well as provide helpful tips on how to improve your weight lifting abilities! If you have ever wanted to try weight lifting but aren't sure where to start, this is the class for you!

essentrics

This dynamic workout will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility! The full-body technique works through your muscle chains in order to liberate, empower and relieve them from tension. You will leave feeling energized, loose and alive! Perfect for injury recovery/prevention, pain relief, stress relief and promoting healing.

Pilates Fusion

 A total body strengthening class focusing on proper alignment, breathing and working the deep stabilizing muscles of the core.  As you strengthen you also lengthen.  The use of balls, bands, tubing and the fitness circle will intensify or modify exercises, suitable for all fitness levels. Pilates benefits everyone from the sport- specific athlete to improving movement in everyday life. STOTT PILATES trained instructors focus on five basic principles during all exercises, they are; breathing, head & cervical placement, scapular placement, rib placement and pelvis placement. From this focus, we hope to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance muscular strength and flexibility.

Pilates

Learn the 5 basic principles of Pilates and how to incorporate these principles into a Pilates routine or any fitness exercises. Pilates, when done properly, can improve posture and overall feelings of wellness. Pilates will increase your overall strength with an emphasis on the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs.

Sunday - 9:30 am - Sunday, March 8th to April 26th (6 weeks)

Mommy & Baby Barre, Strengthening & Conditioning

This class is a fun workout that incorporates your precious little baby. Jenn DiCarlo will take you through a Barre workout, focusing on butt, hips and thighs, as well as the core. She will also combine conditioning exercises for the upper body with light weights, bands, toning balls etc. You will be sure to get a full-body strengthening workout, all the while in very good hands with Jenn, who has been a Stott Pilates and Yoga instructor for over 20 years as well as a personal trainer. Jenn is also certified in Total Barre and as an Injury & Special Populations Instructor. This class is super flexible as babies are unpredictable. So do not worry if your baby falls asleep, or cries, or wants to lay on a mat. All is good and welcome! A Baby carrier is recommended.

PLEASE NOTE- Mommy and baby classes are slightly cheaper than regular classes. Cost is $122.50 plus tax for 8-weeks

Boys class - Ages 10-14 years old

This class is for the boy who needs to build self-confidence, exert some energy, and is interested in learning how to exercise properly. In this class there will be circuit style stations using age-appropriate strength exercises, also fun fitness games that not only make it exciting but the boys will be doing exercise without even realizing it!

kickboxing bootcamp

A combination two high intensity, full body workouts will bring you to sweaty tears....okay maybe not tears 😅😂, but lots of calories burned and sweat!! You will listen to high energy music that keeps you pumped for the whole hour. In this class you will combine kickboxing with circuit exercises. SO SO FUN!!!!!

pilates sculpt

This Pilates class will combine the core focused, muscle lengthening exercises with light weights, bands and other fitness tools to give you a full body, well-rounded workout. Not high intensity (so no jumping etc.) but lots of strengthening.

Monday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm -  Monday, March 2nd to April 27th (7 weeks)

 A full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training, using light-weight sticks (like drumsticks) engineered specifically for exercising. You will drum your way to a healthier you! (I will post some more info and videos' so you can see what this amazing class is all about!

barre sculpt

This class will combine the amazing lower body components of a barre workout, with light weights and high repetitions for increased muscle endurance, this class will also incorporate bands, bosu balls and other fitness accessories. A full-body conditioning class at its finest!

Tuesday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Tuesday, March 3rd to April 28th (8 weeks)

Girls Fitness - ages 10-14 years old

This goal of this class is to help motivate your young children to exercise, to increase self esteem and confidence and increase energy. This class will teach them how to properly perform exercises and to see that exercise can be fun! I will coordinate the class in circuits using various, age-appropriate  fitness accessories, play exercise games, and also hand out a very reasonable healthy 'goal' each week for the kids to try to work on for the week. We will briefly discuss at our next class. A goal can be, drinking more water, saying a nice thing to a family member or friend, saying a nice thing to themselves, do ten jumping jacks every day. Something fun and easy, but positive and inspiring.
