Dynamic Bodies is excited to offer you a variety of fitness classes that offer you a fun and very effective workout. Classes range from TRX Suspension Training, Kickboxing, Strength and Cardio Circuits to Pilates, Barre and BodySculpt classes too!
Tuesday - Friday classes run in 8-week series and cost $140 plus HST = $158.20
Monday night and Saturday classes run in 7-week series and cost $122.50 plus HST = $138.45

Used in the U.S Military and by pro athletes, the TRX Suspension Trainer uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, core, and flexibility. It benefits all levels of fitness, right from athletes to seniors and is a great way to build your core. This is a non-stop workout with a five-minute warm-up, 40 minutes non-stop strength workout and a 5-minute cool down. Come out, have fun and get an incredible full-body workout! All exercises can be modified for an individuals level. Some free technique classes are available. Please inquire if interested.
20.20.20 taught by Sharron will incorporate the use of the TRX, Weights and Kickboxing. In this class you will work to strengthen your whole body while also getting the cardio from Kickboxing. Sharron will either split the class into 20 minute blocks, or she may surprise you with a circuit using all of the above!

An amazing, upbeat, total body workout, using boxing gloves and a free-standing heavy bag, you will punch and kick your way to a healthier and stronger body! We start with a 10-minute warm-up doing various dynamic movements, cardio bursts, and shadowboxing. Next, is 20 minutes of non-stop punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bag. We finish off with some extra core burning exercises and a total body stretch!

This class will be focused on strengthening the full-body, using dumbbells, bodyweight, bands, bosu balls, and whatever other fun fitness tools we decide to throw at you! There will be a constant variety of exercises, all working towards sculpting and toning your body!
This class will combine three strengthening and toning classes into one! You will be using your body weight to build muscle and tone. Your core will be worked the whole hour as all three classes are very core-focused. You will start off the class with a muscle-building workout in TRX, followed by a great lower body - butt, hips and thigh focus in Barre and then end off in Pilates where you will lengthen the muscles, focus on core and align the body.
This dynamic workout will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility! The full-body technique works through your muscle chains in order to liberate, empower and relieve them from tension. You will leave feeling energized, loose and alive! Perfect for injury recovery/prevention, pain relief, stress relief and promoting healing.

Learn the 5 basic principles of Pilates and how to incorporate these principles into a Pilates routine or any fitness exercises. Pilates, when done properly, can improve posture and overall feelings of wellness. Pilates will increase your overall strength with an emphasis on the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs.

The workouts will flow by targeting an area of muscle with a variety of movement patterns through sets of repetitions with bodyweight or dumbbells from one area of the body to another.
Participants will be challenged and will feel the "burn" while maintaining a prescribed tempo (pace) through most movements, which contributes to elevating the heart rate, stabilizing form and creating a powerful mind to muscle awareness. For example, slow eccentric movement or longer held isometric contraction. In addition to strength building, the class will include a targeted metabolic conditioning session, which will build participants’ endurance capacity and most likely leave them a bit sweaty.
Participants are instructed and guided throughout the class, with each movement, repetition and set being performed together and in-sync. There may be a short rest periods in between workouts to allow for instruction on movements, form and recovery.

This class is for the boy who needs to build self-confidence, exert some energy, and is interested in learning how to exercise properly. In this class there will be circuit style stations using age-appropriate strength exercises, also fun fitness games that not only make it exciting but the boys will be doing exercise without even realizing it!

BodyStrong is conducted on the personal training side of our studio.It is a full body strengthening class, done in a circuit style format, utilizing the equipment we use for personal training. It is based on strength training!
Using a variety of training concepts and small equipment we will work on strengthening and mobilizing the whole body, practice balancing and coordination, focus on the the postural muscles and deep core strength, stretch the stubborn stuck spots, all while using the breath and mindfulness techniques to release stress and tension.

TRX. BARRE. WEIGHTS INFUSION
Erin will incorporate the use of the TRX, light Weights and the Barre for a full body workout that will offer lots of variety. Your core, booty and arms will be taken care of in this class.
