We offer a FREE Fitness Consultation for your Personal Training sessions. Upon completion of your Fitness Consultation, a one-on-one customized program will be created that will focus on your individual needs and level of fitness. The Fitness Consultation will allow you to meet our personal, trainers, as well as see our Personal Training & Fitness Studio in Georgetown, it will allow us trainers to learn more about you to ensure we are giving you everything you need to have the best workout and results possible.
