Meet Angie! Angie began her journey with me and my Drop It Like Its HOT group in September. I was so fortunate that she trusted me and allowed me on this journey with her. Angie shifted her eating patterns and her relationship with food. She grew a love for fitness and began walking daily. Many, many km's of walking. We had only a couple one-on-one strategy calls along the way, and Angie never gave up. Look at her now!
Angie has lost 90 lbs!!!!! Thank you for letting me share your success. Angie you are a true inspiration. I know this journey isn't always easy, but its definitely worth it! To say I am proud, and overcome with emotion is an understatement. Look at YOU!!!!!!
Meet Joanne & Paul. Joanne began her Drop It Like It's HOT journey in October. She embraced every aspect of it including cooking and enjoying the meals, began exercising with weights for the first time ever, attended weekly meetings and monthly guest speakers. She kept a positive attitude throughout and brought her husband Paul along for the ride!!!
Joanne has lost 46 lbs and Paul has lost 50 lbs so far! What an incredible amount of weight to lose. Not only did they lose this extra weight they were holding on to, but they lost cravings for junky foods, gained a great amount of energy where they are hiking all over Halton's beautiful trails, Joannes blood pressure went down and enable her to get off of her BP medication, and their doctor was super impressed with what they have done with themselves throughout a pandemic!
