Meet Carrie Muscat

Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Kickboxing, and TRX Suspension Trainer 


Hi, my name is Carrie and I am a resident of Georgetown, Ontario. I have been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember and believe that everyone should incorporate activity and good nutrition into their life.   


I am a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer and have been for 12 years. I have my Certifications as a TRX Suspension Trainer and Fitness Kickboxing Instructor.  I am also a Registered Holistic

I have owned and operated Dynamic Bodies Fitness Studio for 12 amazing years, which started off in my home, then we moved on to a small studio space on Guelph St, and now in our brand new,

I conduct personal training sessions and teach classes. I am grateful for my four amazing

trainers, Sharron, Kim, Jenn and Jenn who have been with DB for many years and put in their heart and soul each day to give our clients what they need.


My mission for my business is and always has been, to create a safe, non-intimidating and

welcoming environment for anyone to train. I am proud to say that over the last twelve years; we have been successful at this.


People are often deterred from the gym atmosphere due to different reasons such as intimidation of 'muscle-heads',  intimidation of using machines adequately, lack of motivation, not getting the attention or assistance they need in order to achieve results – and of course the cost of membership plus personal training!  I would like to offer you the quality and time that you and your body deserve as well as a place where I will guarantee that our focus is on getting you the maximum results through your own personal fitness program, in a very comfortable, non-judgmental and fun environment, using a variety of techniques, exercise and equipment. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate exerciser, we can give you what you need!!

Meet Sharron Dykxhoorn

I have a passion and enthusiasm for fitness that started 25 years ago
after I had my second child. Exercise not only became a way to lose
weight but more importantly a way to relieve stress and build my self-confidence. I like to create new fitness goals to challenge and push myself. We are all different. My desire is to help my clients find what works for them so they can be the healthiest and best version of
themselves.

Meet Kim Cullen

Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor Specialist & Kickboxing Instructor


 I have been a certified personal trainer and fitness Instructor since 2006, but that is not the beginning of my story. I have always lead an active lifestyle. Starting with twelve years of formal training in dance and then holding many memberships at various gyms created a foundation and passion for fitness that continues today. I am a mother of two wonderful children and with the joy of these children also came some extra unwanted pounds. After learning proper work out techniques and proper nutrition I finally managed to shed 50 pounds and gain the drive to keep going! So you can see that I am no stranger to challenge and I can relate on a personal level when discussing weight struggles and personal challenges. I began training in various local gym environments with clients ranging from age 10 to age 80 with varying levels of fitness and ability. Some of these gyms included Figures, Power Zone, and Lets Get Fit. I have worked one-on-one with my clients and also in small groups. I have also taught numerous fitness classes both at these gyms and for the Town of Halton Hills. Another hobby of mine is running. I started about 5 years ago and completed two half marathons in 2009. I now enjoy running with my daughter who is involved in the AGSI running group in Georgetown.  In 2008 I decided to try training from a home-based gym. I have found that it offers a much more relaxed environment for my clients where they can be themselves. I am one of the few people who can honestly say that I truly love my job and you will find that my intention is to make your workout enjoyable as well as effective.  Let me help you to Get up, Get out, and Get going!!!

Meet Jennifer DiCarlo

STOTT certified Pilates mat-instructor, Totalbarre, Injuries and Special Populations,

Completed training in Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels,

250-hour yoga training completed , Essentrics level 1 certified, TRX certified trainer

Core Confidence and Pre/Post Natal specialist with Bellies Inc.

Registered Holistic Nutritionist 


I have worked in the fitness and wellness field for the past 25 years and love how much the

industry has evolved, especially incorporating the whole person with mind/body exercises.

Helping people feel their best really makes me feel my best!


I enjoy working with all types of clients but am intrigued by helping people with posture-related injury or stiffness.  I believe in getting the whole body moving in all possible directions to keep limber and improve daily living and quality of life.


Life is busy as I know to be true being the proud mom of 3 boys, I fit my workouts in outdoors running my beautiful boxer Rosie or practicing Pilates, Essentrics and yoga at home.  I enjoy finding and testing out healthy recipes and most recently have become obsessed with essential oils and their healing properties.

Meet Nick Belanger

NCCPT Fitness Specialist, Body Mind Sports Nutrition, Fitness Kickboxing 101


Fitness and food have been something I’ve been involved with all my life.  

When I was young, I played such sports as basketball, volleyball, track and field, skiing snow boarding etc.  As a freshman in Culinary College, I put on 40 pounds.  That, plus working in the kitchen industry, led me to realize I needed to make a serious lifestyle change.

At the age of 21, I bought my first gym membership.  I learned so much the next few years that I wanted to take my knowledge to the next level - teach others and coach them through their fitness/lifestyle journey.

Through the past seven years as a Personal Trainer/Coach, I’ve worked with many individuals on their weight loss and/or lifestyle programs.  I’ve found this to be a very gratifying experience.

I’m very excited to work with the Dynamic Bodies team, and to be a part of your journey. With a balanced lifestyle and efficient fitness plans,  I am confident we will have a lot of fun and crush many goals along the way.
