We are offering Zoom Fitness classes and Personal Training to anyone interested. You do not have to be a current Dynamic Bodies client. Cost is $20 per week, for as many classes from the below schedule as you wish. Classes are 50 minutes in length, taught by myself and my instructors. No equipment necessary except for Thursday's weight class. For personal training rates, please contact me. It's a great way to get your butt moving and motivated if you have had a hard time thus far!
